DIRECTIONS : In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute. Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil. 12 mini rolls How to Make It In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, miracle whip and salt. Toss with the chicken, celery, in a medium bowl. Serve on mini rolls.
DIRECTIONS : 1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15×10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, in a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir in walnuts. 2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Meanwhile, for frosting, heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Let the butter turn a delicate brown and remove from heat immediately. 4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk together until smooth (it should be thicker than a glaze but thinner than frosting). Using a spatula, spread the brown butter frosting over the warm bars (the frosting will be easier to spread while the bars are still warm).
3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover cold rice is best)

INSTRUCTIONS : Cook chicken covered in teriyaki sauce in a crock-pot on high heat for 3 hours. OR in oven at 375 F° for 35 minutes. Once cooked, slice into small pieces. Set aside.

3-4 Chicken breasts (boneless,skinless) 16 oz bottle of BBQ Sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays) 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing 1/4 cup brown sugar
Mix together ingredients. Put in crock pot. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours/ or LOW 4-5 hours Shred with a fork and serve on buns for yummy BBQ chicken sammies. Or leave them whole and serve with some garlic mashed potatoes and veggies.
2. Orange Chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts 1 cup BBQ sauce 1 cup Orange Marmalade 1-2 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Cut up chicken into cubes and put in crock pot. Mix together ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours/ or LOW 4-5 hours. Serve this with a side of homemade fried rice and add a ton of veggies! Way better than takeout!
3. Creamy Ranch Chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts 1 can Cream of Chicken 1 packet Ranch dressing mix 1 packet Italian seasoning packet 1/2 package of cream cheese (4 oz)
Mix together cream of chicken, ranch, and Italian seasoning. Place chicken in crock pot and pour mixture over. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours/ or LOW 4-5 hours. Once done, shred with a fork and add the cream cheese to add thickness and make it creamy. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
4. Salsa Chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts 1 jar of salsa 1 can black beans 1 can corn
Mix all ingredients together and put in crock pot. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours/ or LOW 4-5 hours. Shred with fork. Serve over rice, use as filling for burritos, throw it on top of lettuce for a fun taco salad….
Put everything in the crock pot and let it do it’s magic! Cook HIGH 2-3 hours/ or LOW 4-5 hours. Shred with a fork when done and serve in tacos with your favorite toppings! Super fun and easy for Taco Tuesday
HOW TO: In a 9×13 baking dish, place the chicken, green beans and potatoes and sprinkle with the italian dressing mix. Pour the melted butter over the top. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
DIRECTIONS: brown beef drain. stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 5 minutes. add corn soup put in 9 x 13 pan and top with tater tots. bake at 350 for 35 minutes. take out top with cheese put back in oven for 5 minutes or till cheese is melted. add ketchup or taco sauce when served tastes very good enjoy.
